Char Dham Yatra Tour
Your sacred journey begins from Amritsar. Drive to Haridwar, the gateway to the Char Dham Yatra. Upon arrival, check into your hotel and relax. In the evening, attend the mesmerizing Ganga Aarti at Har Ki Pauri, where thousands of diyas light up the river — a perfect spiritual start. Overnight stay in Haridwar.
After breakfast, proceed towards Barkot, a scenic town and the base for Yamunotri. The drive passes through Mussoorie, offering views of waterfalls and hills. Reach Barkot and check in at the hotel or camp. Rest and prepare for the first dham visit the next day. Overnight stay in Barkot.
Early morning, drive to Janki Chatti, from where your 6 km trek to Yamunotri Temple begins. You can hire ponies or palanquins if needed. Worship Maa Yamuna at her origin temple and take a dip in the sacred hot water kund. Return to Barkot by evening. Overnight stay in Barkot.
After breakfast, drive to Uttarkashi, situated on the banks of the River Bhagirathi. En route, visit the Prakateshwar Mahadev Cave Temple. On arrival, visit Kashi Vishwanath Temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva. Overnight stay in Uttarkashi.
Begin early and drive to Gangotri, the source of the holy River Ganga. En route, enjoy stunning views of the Harsil Valley and Bhairav Ghati. At Gangotri Temple, take a holy dip in the icy waters of the Ganges and offer prayers to Maa Ganga. Return to Uttarkashi in the evening. Overnight stay in Uttarkashi.
After breakfast, start the long but scenic drive to Guptkashi, located in the Mandakini Valley. On arrival, check in at the hotel. In the evening, visit the Ardh Narishwar Temple. Rest and prepare for the Kedarnath Darshan. Overnight stay in Guptkashi.
Start early and drive to Sonprayag, then take a local vehicle to Gaurikund, the base of the trek. Begin your 18 km trek to Kedarnath Temple, one of the 12 Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva. You can choose ponies, palkis, or helicopter service if required. Reach the temple, perform darshan, and feel the powerful spiritual vibrations. Overnight stay at Kedarnath (basic accommodation).
After morning darshan, trek back to Gaurikund and drive to Guptkashi. Take a rest after the intense yet rewarding experience. Overnight stay in Guptkashi.
Proceed towards Badrinath, the final dham in your yatra. On arrival, check in and visit Mana Village (the last village of India), Vyas Gufa, and Ganesh Gufa. In the evening, attend aarti at Badrinath Temple, dedicated to Lord Vishnu. Overnight stay in Badrinath.
After morning darshan and a holy dip in Tapt Kund, begin your return journey. Drive to Rudraprayag or Srinagar, located at the confluence of the Alaknanda and Mandakini rivers. Overnight stay in Rudraprayag/Srinagar.
Continue your return journey to Haridwar. On arrival, relax or shop at the local markets for religious souvenirs. Overnight stay in Haridwar.
With hearts full of divine energy and blessings from the Himalayas, drive back to Amritsar. Upon reaching, you may rest or visit Durgiana Temple for one final darshan. Tour concludes with spiritual satisfaction and lifelong memories.
